Status Explanation

Below is a quick guide to easily decode the status you see for your invoice, project and sample.

Invoice Status

Online Order: Your order is successfully placed and is currently being processed.

Paid: Your credit card has been charged. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

Partial: Your invoice is partially paid. Please contact us.

Pending: There are some issues with your order, either your credit card has been declined and/or we need verification of your shipping address. Please provide valid payment information online or contact us within 2 weeks of placing the order; otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

Project Status

Cancelled: The project has been cancelled and any samples associated with the project have been discarded.

Completed: The project has been completed. You should check your email for a copy of the report.

Logged: There is no issue with your Chain-of Custody (COC) form and payment information. Your project is successfully logged into our system and is in queue to be processed according to the turn-around time (TAT).

On Hold: The project is on hold by the request of the customer. Please be aware that we can only hold the project for up to 2 weeks; on the end date, we will discard the sample(s).

Online Order: Your order is successfully placed and is currently being processed.

Order Shipped: Your credit card has been charged. Your order has been shipped. You should have received an email with the shipping tracking number.

Pending: Your project has encountered some issues, such as no valid payment information, credit card decline, need clarification on the analysis type and/or the turn-around time (TAT), etc. If the issue is payment related, then please submit a valid payment online through the link. Please check your email or contact us by phone at 732-355-9018. Your sample will be discarded if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks of sample receipt.

Sample Status

Cancelled: The sample has been cancelled and discarded.

Completed: The sample has been completed, but depending on the status of the project we may still be working on the other samples within the same project or trying to complete the quality control step of the project. Please refer to the "Project Status" to see which step the project is at. If the "Project Status" is still "Logged", then we are still working on your project. If the "Project Status" is "Completed", then you should check your email for a copy of the report.

Logged: Your sample has been received and logged into our system.

On Hold: The sample is on hold by the request of the customer. Please be aware that we can only hold the sample for up to 2 weeks; on the end date, we will discard the sample(s).
