SHIPPING POLICY

USPS Standard

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the online order and valid payment information.

USPS Express / FedEx 2 Day Air

Orders must be received before 8AM EST by us for the same day ship-out; otherwise, they will be shipped out in the following business day. Depending on the circumstances including destination, courier availability and cost efficiency, we will ship orders either by USPS Express or FedEx 2 Day. (By selecting "No Signature Required", you authorize the courier to leave the package outside of your shipping address and you assume full responsibility if and when the package gets lost/stolen. We will not accept disputes with regard to the lost/stolen package.)

FedEx Overnight / FedEx International Priority

Orders must be received before 2PM EST by us for the same day ship-out; otherwise, they will be shipped out in the following business day. By choosing expedited shipping, it is your responsibility to check if your area is available for FedEx Overnight or FedEx International Priority delivery. Please provide a valid FedEx shipping address, no PO Box address. (By selecting "No Signature Required", you authorize the courier to leave the package outside of your shipping address and you assume full responsibility if and when the package gets lost/stolen. We will not accept disputes with regard to the lost/stolen package.)

Please note that FedEx Overnight and FedEx International Priority are for business day delivery only and do not include weekends/holidays delivery.

Return Label

We provide free return label only if you choose to do ERMI test and ship by FedEx Overnight except Alaska, Hawaii, and any international address. Any HERTSMI test, or any ERMI test with FedEx 2 Day Air will not be qualified for a free return label.

Return / Refund Policy

The initial fee of $45, handling fee, and shipping fee are non-refundable. Once a test kit is sold and delivered, it is not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to the specialty of test kits (AccuCloth & AccuDust).
